Gestation hypertension and sleep-disordered breathing

Women suffering from gestation hypertension have been found to have a higher rate of sleep-disordered breathing compared to women of similar gestations age according to a recent study.

The study did not conclude any specific reason for this difference, however obesity in this group is a factor being looked in to.
