DVA Healthcare Card Holders

SNORE Australia provides all sleep-medicine services to DVA Gold Card Holders. We will:

  • Arrange an appropriate appointment at a convenient location
  • Arrange transport to and from your sleep study appointment
  • Organise clinical consultation with a Credentialled Sleep Physician, if required
  • If you are a DVA Gold Card holder and you require CPAP, we will arrange for you to be provided with the appropriate CPAP mask and machine (free of charge through DVA)
  • Provide proper follow-up of your medical condition
  • Ensure your local General Practitioner is kept up-to-date with your sleep problem and treatment/management.
